  “润地一号”黑花生经我公司专家组3年在普通品种的黑花生营养价值基础上研究开发的新一代花生品种。其最大的特点是低脂肪、高蛋白、富含硒。(普通花生的脂肪含量约38%,“润地一号”黑花生脂肪含量为2。6%;蛋白质含量比普通花生高26%;硒含量高于普通花生101%;其他的营养含量也比普通花生高出了3--4倍。)“润地一号”黑花生的营养水溶性极强,可直接被人体所吸收。对免疫力较低的人群有显著的提高免疫力功效,是新一代食疗保健的好产品。在2006年以达到了300余亩的种植面积,其产量约达到90吨,预计明年可达到500吨左右。目前我公司正在觅寻好的合作伙伴来共同开发研制黑花生深加工产品例如:花生酱、花生粉、以及医药提炼、食品开发等等。

  “ 润地 1 号 ” 黑花生是我公司与北京草业和环境研究发展中心合作开发, 1999 年引进培育,并于 2004 年在山东滨州市惠民县试种成功的又一个农业高科技新品种。

营养价值 :

  “ 润地 1 号 ” 黑花生含有人体不可缺少的氨基酸矿物质和多种维生素及蛋白质 30% ,精氨酸 3.63% ,钾 700 毫克 /100 克,锌 3.7 毫克 /100 克,硒 10.6 微克 /100 克(硒是抗癌元素,以及黑色素,强肾健体直接功效),多种脂肪酸的甘油脂、甾醇、 B? 谷甾醇等。其营养成份是普通花生的 10 倍,多种保健成份是普通花生所缺少的。

食用价值 :

  花生为豆科植物落花生的种子,《泪书》称花落地结丈于土中称落花生,原产南美洲,有 “ 长生果 ” 、 “ 植物肉 ” 、 “ 素中之荤 ” 等诸多美称。

  花生性味甘平,入脾、肺经。可健脾和胃,润肺化痰,益气止血,用于脾虚消瘦、食少乏力,干咳少痰、产生缺乳等症。《小草拾遗》称 “ 多食治反胃 ” 、《滇南本草图》称 “ 盐水煮食养肺 ” 。

  花生以高脂肪及高蛋白著称,花生中含多种脂肪酸的甘油脂, 8% 为不饱和脂肪酸。花生中的脂肪可使肝内胆固醇分解为胆汁酸,促进排泄,从而降低血中胆固醇含量,从而预防动脉粥样硬化。花生外壳含有 B? 谷甾醇也可降血脂,还有人用花生外壳提取物、花生叶煮水、醋泡花生米来治疗高血压。

  花生对肿瘤患者具有止血和提升血小板的功能。有实验证明花生米红衣提取物能抑制纤维蛋白的溶解,促进血小板新生及毛细血管收缩,实现止血。临床观察也证明可以缓解血友病和其它原因的出血,且花生红衣的效果比花生米本身强 50 倍。花生米中所含甘油酯、甾醇等营养物也对纠正贫血和升高血小板有益,已有人将花生米红衣制成止血药用于临床。

饮食小方 :

  花生种植广泛,各地应用食疗药膳偏方保健颇多。例如:花生加红枣用大米煮粥,可健脾胃,用于脾虚气弱、脾失健运、食欲不振;花生加枸杞子煮米粥加蜂蜜,用于肾气不足、面色无华、腰膝酸软;带壳花生米煮水加桔皮、米醋及冰糖,可理气化痰、止咳平喘、健脾和胃;花生米、栗子、莲子煮稀粥,用于心气不足、心慌气短、失眠头晕等症;花生米、黄豆炖猪蹄或羊蹄有通乳作用。

  • 升血固涩方 :家鸭一只约 1 公斤,慢火炖两小时以上,加入生花生米 300 克或花生红衣 30 克、大枣 100 克、山药 200 克,再炖一小时、酌加调料即可,但调料中少加辛散温热之品,本方用于气血不足,萎黄乏力、血虚出血及肺瘤患者放化疗中血小板低下等症。
  • 健脾和胃方:猪或羊腔骨约 500 克,慢火炖熟,去掉浮油,加入生花生米 300 克、白萝卜 200 克、大枣 10 枚,酌加调料,吃肉喝汤。适于脾虚胃弱,运化不足引起的食欲不振、疲乏无力、恶心呕逆、大便秘结等症。
    止咳润肺方 :生花生米 200 克、枣仁 20 克,沙锅文火纯熟,加入百合 200 克、桔皮少量稍炖至熟,可用于肺阴不足引起的干咳少痰、气短声哑或胸部放疗引起的胸闷不适,痰稠难咯等症。

Beijing Rundi Organic Trade Co., Ltd cooperated with University of California USA, Beijing Association of Agriculture and Beijing Yanong Agricultural High-tech Company, and introduced from America the high-tech breeds of agricultural products in 2002 for the first time. These breeds are sweet and purple Asparagus of F1 generation, black Peanut of No.1 and Triticale of Rundi No.1 and etc. The experimental planting was successful in Huinong County Binzhou City in Shangdong Province. In 2004, some top-grade agricultural products for health care were recommended, like first sweet and purple Asparagus, black Peanut of 'Rundi No.1' and Triticale produced by our own country. They are popular with England, America, France, Italy and other European countries, and Japan and Southeast Asian Region after recommendation, which win reputation from customers at home and abroad, and add new breeds for export agricultural products for our country.

At present, Beijing Rundi Organic Trade Co., Ltd formally expands the productive scale at the experimental planting base in Huinong Shandong Province. It has established Industrial Zone of organic agriculture and productive and processing base, in order to meet the demand in domestic and international markets.

Black Peanut of 'Rundi No.1' was developed under the cooperation of Beijing Rundi Organic Trade Co., Ltd and Beijing Research and Development Center of Grass and Environment. It is another agricultural high-tech new breed introduced for cultivation in 1999, whose experimental planting was successful in Huinong County Binzhou City in Shandong Province in 2004.

Characteristics of product:

It is organic agricultural product, and harmless towards human body and environment. It is new breed of peanut directly edible when uncooked and cultivated successfully in our country for the first time. It is agricultural byproduct for export.

Value in nutrition:

'Rundi No.1' black Peanut contains Aminophenol, Mineral Substance, multi-Vitamins, Protein 30%, Arginine 3.63%, Kalium 700 mg./ 100g, Zinc 3.7 mg./100 g, Selenium 10.6 microgram/ 100g (Selenium is anti-cancer element and melanin, and has direct effect to strengthen the kidney and keep body), Glycerol Ester with multi-Fatty Acid, Sterol, β-Sitosterol and etc that human body can't be short of. Its ingredient of nutrition is 10 times than that of common peanuts, and multi-ingredients for health care doesn't exist in common peanuts.

Peanut is the seed of groundnut in leguminous plants. It says in Tear Book that the flowers fall on the ground and bear in the earth, and is named groundnut. It original place is South America, and has many good names like 'Long-life fruit', 'Muscle of plant' and 'Meat in vegetables'. The nature and taste of black Peanut is sweet and mild. If eaten for long time, it can strengthen spleen and mediate stomach, moisten lung and eliminate phlegm, increase energy and is for hemostasia when it is in spleen and lung. Peanut is famous for high fat and protein, and contains Glycerol Ester with multi-Fatty Acid and 8% unsaturated fatty acid. The fat in peanut can decompose cholesterol in liver to bile acid and accelerate drainage, which can reduce the amount of cholesterol in blood and prevent Arteriosclerosis. Its hull contains β-Sitosterol which can reduce blood lipid. Some people also make use of extracts from its hull, boil its leaves and soak pignuts with vinegar to treat high blood pressure.

Peanut can bring benefits of hemostasis and increasing blood plaque count for tumor patients. Trials show the extract from peanut's scarlet can withhold fibrinolysis and speed up the processes of microvascular constriction and production of blood plaque. Clinic oberseration also shows peanut can alleviate haemophilia or other bleeding diseases. However, the benefit brought by peanuts scarlet is 50 times more than peanut itself. The nutrition such as glyceride ,phytosterol from pignut can better the cure of anemia and increase blood plaque count. Clinic research had been conducted for hemostasis medine extracted from peanut scarlet.

Edible method:

Widely planted in every place, peanuts see many edible methods for healthcare. For example, the porridge of peanuts, red jujube and rice has a benefit on spleen and stomach. As we know, the health of spleen is important for the appetite. People who have a poor spleen will not have a good appetite. The porridge of peanuts, medlar, honey and rice does well for kidney. Muscular aches and paleness are mostly caused by the poor health of kidney. The soup of peanuts (with shells), orange peels with dressings as rice vinegar, icy sugar has benefits to the spleen, the stomach and the lung. It has a special effect on some pulmonary disease such as cough and asthma. The porridge of pignuts, chestnuts and lotus seeds can calm the mind and better the cure of insomnia and swirl. Roast pettitoes / gigot with pignuts and Soya have a lactogenic effect.

Chinese medicine( for increase the number of blood plaques):a duck which weighs 500g,boil them under slight heat for above two hours. Add 300g raw pignuts or 30g peanuts scarlets, 100g jujubes and 200g yarns. Add the dressing three hours later. But the spicy and hot dressings are not preferred. This medicine applies to the following symptoms: Insufficiency of Qi and Blood, fatigue, bleeding disease and low quantities of blood plaque.

Chinese medicine (for strength the function of spleen and stomach): boil 500g pork/mutton chop by using slight heat .after it is boiled, remove the floating oil. Add 300g raw pignuts, 200g white radishs and ten jujubes with a few dressing. This medicine applies to the people

With following symptoms: deficiency of stomach and speech, bad appetite due to insufficient sports,fatig, naupathia and constipation.

Chinese medicine with a benefit for curing cough:Raw pignuts 200g, jujubes 20 g. put the pignuts and jujubes in terrine and boil them under light heat. After it is done, add 200g lily into and a few orange peels to them. Continue to heat them for a moment. This medicine apply to the following symptoms: dry cough with less sputum, horse voice and gasp or feel uncomfortable in chest and cough with sticky sputum caused by actinotheraphy in chest
